He's not my favourite Sesame St character, but I couldn't resist creating this awesomely adorable Elmo from Sesame Street cupcake for Red Nose Day (charity) bake off at one of my previous workplaces. The red theme went through most of the baking present, but I must say... I did happen to take out the crown! Woop woop :)

Formula One is a big event here in Melbourne and my boy is a big fan, so I felt it necessary to bake some cupcakes for the boys! 

These cute as a button cupcakes could be used for a wee kiddies birthday or for anyone who loves cars, but I'm using them in tribute to Formula One (go Ferrari!). 

This is a recipe I've used for a few cupcakes and can be modified slightly to do something a bit more interesting like a little surprise filling in the middle!

These little gem's are to be sure, to be sure a hit on St Paddy's day or any irish occasion!
