Kennel and Schmenger - Silver Trainers

Kennel and Schmenger - Silver Trainers

You say Tomatoe, I say Tomatoe... okay that doesn't work quite so well in 'type-speak' but you say trainer, I say sneaker is a little more effective, and regardless of the lingo, this trainer/sneaker is cool in any language. From Kennel and Schmenger, we blast into the futuristic look with metallic silver finish embossed with a snakeskin print, hawt!

The flat rubber sole and high-top keep the look casual enough to rock with a pair of skinnies, and the zips up the side and back are super cool.

KTZ - Tarot Embroidered Leather Pumps

KTZ - Tarot Embroidered Leather Pumps

If eccentric, wild, and even so far as a little crazy, heels are up your alley, then this pair from KTZ will certainly hit the mark on all of the characteristics mentioned, and then some! Without stating the obvious too much, it's the shape of this shoe that gives it its unique style, featuring a large tarot embroidery cover over the toe and most of the body of the pump!

Still, if you want to get a few looks, this is the shoe for you!

KG by Kurt Geiger - Lucca Sequinned Trainers

KG by Kurt Geiger - Lucca Sequinned Trainers

Time to illustrate my love of sequins and what better way then featuring the wonderful Kurt Geiger and a funky 'my kind of sneaker' sneaker from the KG by Kurt Geiger line. Admittedly I don't own a huge amount of sneakers, but this one would definitely be worthy of making my collection, and I would even go as far to say that it gives me a bit of inspiration to actually grow my sneaker collection further!

Featuring a gorgeous colour palette in black and silver, the silver sequins are the focal point of this sneaker.

KTZ - Black Leather Carved Sole Platform Sneakers

KTZ - Black Leather Carved Sole Platform Sneakers

There is no doubt that ShoEvolution has occurred over the past century, but perhaps even more so over the past few decades whereby we have been introduced to a number of 'out-there' designs and shoes that are only borderline wearable, and often more suited to just look at with admiration.

I'm not quite sure that this one fits into the latter category of unwearable, but it's certainly one that most would prefer to just ogle then add to their own shoe wardrobe.

KG by Kurt Geiger - Kactus Canvas Platform Courts

KG by Kurt Geiger - Kactus Canvas Platform Courts

And who says pink and orange don't go together? This glorious pump from Kurt Geiger's 'KG' collection is divine with a floral canvas body that reminds me of horrendous 70's decor, yet it may sound like I don't appreciate this, but I very much do when it comes to this shoe!

Further complemented by a patent orange heel and trimming, over-stitching, and then the edge-provider; gold studs covering the toe.

Kurt Geiger - Ellen Suede Courts

Kurt Geiger - Ellen Suede Courts

Sometimes the simplest shoes are the hardest find and regardless of whether you're in the corporate world or not, most of us appreciate having a classic court in a shoe wardrobe repertoire. This black suede court heel from Kurt Geiger is perfect to fit that role!

It's elegant, sophisticated and the shape is simply divine. It's high, but not too high, it's sexy but not too sexy and it's simple but stylish.

Keds - Blue Champion Lace Up Plimsolls

Keds - Blue Champion Lace Up Plimsolls

I have a pair of keds, similar shape to this but different colour, and I can say with assurity they are super comfy - I wear mine a lot (great summer sneaker), took them travelling as good walk-around-a-lot shoes, and the soles are now almost worn out!

I love this pair because it fits perfectly into the image I have of Keds - a sneaker, but cute enough to be worn with something girly too.
