N.Y.L.A. - Rexie Floral

I don't often get too into the Floral thing, but this pair of sandals from N.Y.L.A. are blinging ballstic on my shoe radar and it's not just the height... though while we are on that topic, I should point out how fabulously high these heels really are.

How high you ask? Just a casual 16.5cm, that's 6 and a half inches for our non-metric system folk. But don't forget the platform! Because that reassuringly takes up 6.3cm (2 and a half inches). See? That's not so scary now, is it?

N.Y.L.A - Scorpio

I find it really hard to find a decent summer sneaker, one that is comfy but not going to be all hot and bothersome, and admittedly when I saw this pair from N.Y.L.A I didn't even notice the key point of difference that makes these super summer appropriate, but was instead captivated by the fabulously fierce fire-engine red finish in patent leather and the total street-chic design elements like the overload of buckles.

But if you take a closer look, you will notice what I initially missed!

N.Y.L.A - Humilia USA

Considering the Fourth of July has just passed, it seemed only appropriate to give a little nod to the renowned Independence Day in the best way I know how... with a shoe! This bootie is from a brand - N.Y.L.A - I have only newly discovered but I am liking what I see.

The body of the shoe is fabric and looks an almost military canvas finish to it which is perfectly complementary to the stars and stripe patterning and the lace-up detailing at the front.
